If you are unsure of your PIN, please try your default PIN, which is the first two letters of your last name and your birthdate(mmddyy). For example, John Smith's default password would be sm123108. Please cancel requests if no longer needed. There is a $0.50 fee for items not picked up or canceled on or before the expiration date.

Please note that books placed on hold can only be checked out by the cardholder.

Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for lost and paid items. Both the price of the book and the processing fee are non-refundable.
